Wash Against Waste Trailer
now powered by B-Alternative

For local events!
Who can book it?
Community groups, schools, markets, festivals and event organisers across the Mornington Peninsula can hire the trailer to reduce landfill and lift event sustainability standards.
What's included?
-
Reusable bowls, cups and plates
-
Commercial dishwashing capability inside the trailer for safe, rapid turnaround
-
On-site setup and guidance so your team and vendors know exactly how to run the system
Funding support
There is grant funding available through Mornington Peninsula Shire’s Community Investment Funding (and related event programs) that can help offset reuse costs. B-Alternative and Mornington Peninsula can support you in accessing this funding.
B-Alternative's role
We’re a social enterprise leading the Reuse Revolution. We support councils, markets and festivals to switch from single-use to circular systems. On the Mornington Peninsula, B-Alternative will manage bookings, operations and stakeholder training for the Wash Against Waste Trailer, bringing our hands-on experience from large-scale reuse systems like at Queen Victoria Market Reuse Pilot and Strawberry Fields Festival.
